TIG Welding
Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), also known as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, is an arc welding process that uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce the weld.
MMA Welding
Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), also known as manual metal arc welding (MMA or MMAW), flux shielded arc welding or informally as stick welding, is a manual arc welding process that uses a consumable electrode covered with a flux to lay the weld.
MIG Welding
MIG welding or metal active gas (MAG) welding, is a welding process in which an electric arc forms between a consumable MIG wire electrode and the workpiece metal(s), which heats the workpiece metal(s), causing them to melt and join.
Silver Soldering
Silver brazing (or soldering) uses filler metals and alloys such as silver, copper, zinc, cadmium, etc. Flux is necessary for brazing to remove and prevent reformulation of surface oxides on the base metals. Silver brazing produces strong, sealed, leak-proof joints on.
Alloy Wheel Repairs
With many years experience in the engineering and motoring industry, we’ve quickly become the experts when it comes to aluminium welding, specifically we’re able to repair and restore cracked and damaged alloy wheels to the highest of safety standards.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser most commonly through optics. With our engineering and fabrication experience we are able to precision cut various metals to your specifications.
